Since our products require special care and precise packaging to ensure they arrive safely:

  • The process of handling and preparing the order for shipping takes between 5 to 7 business days.

  • Orders are prepared during official working days (Monday to Friday) and do not include weekends or official holidays in Turkey.

2. Shipping Companies and Transit Time

We collaborate with the best international shipping companies to ensure fast and reliable delivery. After the preparation period ends and the order is handed over to the carrier, the expected arrival periods are as follows:

  • FedEx: Expected duration 4 - 6 business days.

  • UPS: Expected duration 5 - 7 business days.

  • Naqel Express: (Available for Gulf countries only) Expected duration 6 - 8 business days.

Note: The total expected time to receive your order is (Handling Time + Transit Time).

3. Shipping Costs

We adopt the principle of transparency in pricing. There are no hidden costs, as shipping fees are calculated automatically on the Checkout page based on:

  • The actual or volumetric weight of the products.

  • The exact destination address.

  • The shipping company you choose.

The final cost will be clearly displayed to you before completing the payment process.

4. Geographic Shipping Scope

We ship internationally to most countries in the world, including but not limited to:

  • The Middle East, the Arabian Gulf, and North African countries.

  • Europe: (United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Czech Republic, Greece, Serbia, Ireland).

  • North America: (United States of America, Canada).

  • Other regions: (Australia, Brazil, South Africa, Malaysia, Singapore).

5. Address Accuracy and Shipping Requirements (Very Important)

To ensure your shipment arrives without delay, please consider the following:

  • Physical Address: Please provide us with a full physical address (street name, building number). International shipping companies (UPS/FedEx) do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

  • Phone Number: A working phone number must be provided for communication by the shipping company upon delivery.

  • Personal Documents: In some countries (such as Brazil, South Africa, and some Gulf countries), customs authorities may request a national ID number or tax number (ID/CPF) to release the shipment. Please provide it to us upon request to avoid returning the shipment.

6. Customs, Fees, and Taxes

All orders are shipped from our warehouses in Turkey according to the (DDU - Delivered Duty Unpaid) system:

  • Responsibility: Product prices or shipping fees do not include any customs duties that may be imposed by the customer's country.

  • Payment: Orders are shipped from Turkey. We would like to clarify that Value Added Tax (VAT) is included in the product price and the customer will not be required to pay it upon receipt. As for customs duties (if any in the destination country), they are beyond our control and the customer is responsible for settling them with local authorities according to the (DDU) system.

  • Refusal of Receipt: If the customer refuses to receive the shipment due to customs fees, shipping costs (round trip) plus any administrative fees will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

7. Shipment Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing the Tracking Number and a direct link to the shipping company's website, allowing you to follow the path of your shipment moment by moment until it reaches you.

8. Delayed Shipments

We do our best to deliver orders on time. However, delays beyond our control may occur due to weather conditions, natural disasters, holiday seasons and official occasions, or customs clearance procedures in the country of arrival. If your order is significantly delayed beyond the expected date, please contact us for assistance.

Return and Refund Policy

At Marshal Rings, we aim for your complete satisfaction with every piece of jewelry you acquire from us. We understand that purchasing rings and prayer beads online may sometimes require an exchange or return, so we have established a flexible and transparent policy to ensure your peace of mind.

1. Return Period

The customer has the right to request a product return within 15 days from the date of receiving the shipment (according to the delivery date recorded by the shipping company). After 15 days from receiving the order, we apologize for not accepting any return or exchange requests.

2. Return Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • Condition: The product must be in its completely original condition, unused, and without any scratches or damage.
  • Packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging (box, cloth bag) with all stickers and warranty cards (if any).
  • Proof of Purchase: The order number or purchase receipt must be provided to complete the process.

Exceptions (Non-returnable products):

The following products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect:

  1. Products whose size has been specifically modified for the customer.
  2. Products that have been engraved (names or dates) or designed by special request (Custom Orders).
  3. Products showing clear signs of use or damage resulting from misuse.

3. How to Initiate a Return Request

To start the return process, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide us with the order number and the reason for the return (with photos of the product if there is a defect).

  3. After reviewing your request, we will send you shipping instructions and our return address in Turkey.

    Important Note: Please do not send any product to us without obtaining prior confirmation from the customer service team.

4. Shipping and Return Costs

Since we ship internationally from Turkey, the shipping cost policy is as follows:

  • Defective or Wrong Products: If you receive a damaged product or one different from what you ordered, Marshal Rings bears all shipping costs (return and exchange).
  • Change of Mind or Dislike (Remorse Returns): If the reason for the return is a change of mind or choosing the wrong size, the customer bears the shipping costs to return the product to our headquarters in Istanbul, Turkey.
  • Original Shipping Fees: Shipping fees paid at the time of the order are non-refundable (unless the error was on our part).
  • Restocking Fees: We would like to assure our valued customers that Marshal Rings does not charge any additional fees for restocking products (No Restocking Fees) upon return. The customer receives the full value of the product according to the stated refund policy, without deducting any administrative or restocking fees.

5. Refunds

Once we receive the returned product and inspect its condition:

  1. We will send you an email to notify you whether your return has been accepted or rejected.
  2. In case of approval, the refund will be automatically processed to the original payment method you used (credit card, etc.).
  3. Please note that the primary currency of our store is the Saudi Riyal (SAR). For our customers in Egypt, while prices may be displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) through automatic currency conversion, all transactions are processed in SAR. In the event of a refund, the amount will be issued in Saudi Riyal (SAR) to the original payment method. The final amount received in EGP may vary slightly due to exchange rate fluctuations and fees determined by your issuing bank at the time of processing.
  4. Please note that the process of the amount appearing in your bank statement may take 5 to 10 business days, depending on your card issuer.

6. Customs Clearance for Returns

When shipping the returned product to us, please fill out the waybill clearly and write the phrase "Returned Goods - No Commercial Value" to avoid additional customs duties upon entry into Turkey. Any customs duties imposed due to non-compliance with these instructions may be deducted from the refund amount.
