2. Order Cancellation
Orders move to production quickly to ensure fast delivery.
- Full refunds are available for cancellations made within 12 hours of purchase.
- Post 12 hours, we will attempt to halt the order, but cancellation is not guaranteed if customization has begun.
- Once an item is shipped or personalized, the standard return policy applies.
3. Return Window
Customers may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date, as verified by carrier tracking.
Requests outside this 30-day window unfortunately cannot be honored.
