RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Marshal Rings, we strive for perfection in every handcrafted piece. This policy outlines our transparent terms for returns and refunds.

1. Legal and Operating Entity

  • Legal Operator: Marshal Rings is operated by ALSAJ GROUP LLC, registered in Wyoming, USA (Filing ID: 2024-001421869).
  • Logistics: All products are handcrafted and dispatched from our master artisan workshop in Istanbul, Türkiye.

2. Order Cancellation

Orders move to production quickly to ensure fast delivery.

  • Full refunds are available for cancellations made within 12 hours of purchase.
  • Post 12 hours, we will attempt to halt the order, but cancellation is not guaranteed if customization has begun.
  • Once an item is shipped or personalized, the standard return policy applies.

3. Return Window

Customers may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date, as verified by carrier tracking.

Requests outside this 30-day window unfortunately cannot be honored.


4. Return Eligibility Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
  • Must be free from scratches, adjustments, or damage.
  • Must be returned in original packaging with all certificates.
  • Proof of purchase (Order #) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-resized or personalized engraved items.
  • Items showing signs of wear or improper handling.

5. Items Damaged on Arrival

If your jewelry arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Provide high-resolution photos of the item and the outer packaging.

Verified transit damage will be eligible for a full replacement or refund at our expense.


6. How to Start a Return Request

  2. Upon approval, we will provide the Return Processing Center address in Istanbul, Türkiye.
  3. Please do not ship any items without prior authorization.

7. Return Shipping Costs

Seller Responsibility: We cover costs for damaged, incorrect, or wrongly sized items sent by us.

Buyer Responsibility: Customers cover shipping for "Change of Mind" or incorrect size selection by the buyer.

Restocking Fee: We charge $0.00 restocking fees.


8. Refused or Undeliverable Orders (RTO)

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses or refusal may have actual shipping and customs costs deducted from the final refund.


9. Responsibility for Return Shipments

We recommend using trackable shipping services. Marshal Rings is not responsible for returns lost in transit during a customer-initiated return.


10. Refund Processing

  • Inspection takes 2–3 business days upon arrival.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

11. Customs Clearance for Returns

Returns to our Istanbul hub must be marked as: "Returned Goods – No Commercial Value" to avoid unnecessary duties.


12. Sale Items

Discounted items follow the same 30-day return standards unless marked as "Final Sale."


13. Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to decline returns in cases of suspected fraudulent activity.


14. Statutory Rights

This policy complies with Wyoming state laws and consumer protection regulations in the United States.
