At Marshal Rings, we are committed to providing a transparent and reliable shipping experience. Our handcrafted jewelry is prepared with care and shipped directly from our artisan hub in Istanbul, Türkiye.
1. Legal & Operational Entity
- Marshal Rings is operated by ALSAJ GROUP LLC, a registered entity in Wyoming, USA (Filing ID: 2024-001421869).
- Logistics, quality control, and international shipping are managed from our artisan workshop in Istanbul, Türkiye.
2. Order Handling Time
- Order processing and quality inspection take 3 to 5 business days.
- Orders placed after 1:00 PM (GMT+3) will begin processing the following business day (Mon-Fri).
3. Shipping Carriers & Transit Time
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- USA & Canada (FedEx/UPS): 4 to 7 business days.
- Europe (FedEx/UPS): 3 to 5 business days.

GCC Countries: 4 to 6 business days via Naqel Express.
Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. All costs are shown clearly before final payment; there are no hidden shipping fees.
5. Shipping Destinations
We offer international shipping to most countries, including the USA, GCC, Europe, and Australia. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact our support team.
6. Address Requirements
- A physical address is required; carriers cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
- A valid phone number must be provided for delivery coordination.
7. Customs, Duties & Taxes
USA Customers: Most jewelry orders under $800 are exempt from import duties under Section 321.
International Orders: Orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Customers are responsible for any local customs fees or import taxes imposed by their country.
If a shipment is refused due to customs charges, shipping and return costs will be deducted from any refund.
8. Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and a direct link via email to monitor your shipment's progress.
9. Potential Delays
While we aim for speed, delays may occur due to weather, peak seasons (Holidays), or customs clearance procedures. We appreciate your patience.
10. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will resolve the issue as per our Return & Refund Policy.
